| Week 1–2 | Computer Fundamentals & Windows | Computer introduction, hardware & software, input/output devices, Windows OS interface, file/folder management, settings, shortcuts. |
| Week 3–5 | MS Word (Document Processing) | Create, edit & format documents, page setup, tables, headers/footers, bullets, numbering, inserting pictures, letter & CV formatting, printing. |
| Week 6–8 | MS Excel (Data & Calculation) | Excel interface, data entry, formatting, formulas, basic functions (SUM, AVG, MAX, MIN, IF), charts & graphs, creating bills & mark sheets. |
| Week 9–10 | MS PowerPoint (Presentation) | Create presentations, apply slide designs, animations, transitions, inserting multimedia, and giving presentations. |
| Week 11 | Typing & Nepali Unicode Practice | English & Nepali typing practice, Unicode installation, online typing tools, shortcut keys. |
| Week 12–13 | Internet & Email | Browsing, search engines, downloads/uploads, email account setup, Gmail features, attachments, Google Drive, Google Docs. |
| Week 14 | Printing & File Management | Print settings, printer installation, page setup, file backup, external device management (USB, HDD, etc.) |
